Important dates to remember

Two events are planned for giving an overview of the technical. socio-economic and policy/political aspects inherent to the deployment of Digital Ecosystems.

The objective of the events is to:

  • Give an overview of the technical, socio-economic and policy/political aspects of the DEs
  • To prepare regions in the process of developing a DE deployment strategy plan.

Additionally, continuous support will be given to project partners and the enlarged community through the Virtual Help Desk.

Two Workshops are planned:

  • Workshop 1 will take place in January 2009 in Zaragoza, Spain at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón. The Workshop will be dealing with the technical, social and economic aspects inherent to the deployment of Digital Ecosystems.
  • Workshop 2 will take place in April 2009 in Barcelona, Spain at TECHIDEAS. The Workshop will be dealing with the policy/political aspects related to Digital Ecosystems deployment. Discussions related to the creation of an interest group on Digital Ecosystems will be promoted.
